By purchasing a product or service from Sakura Institute, you confirm that:

3. Certification Assessments

Certification is awarded only when the required assessment standards have been met.

Purchasing an assessment does not guarantee certification.

All submissions are independently reviewed against professional assessment criteria.

Sakura Institute reserves the right to:

  • Request additional evidence

  • Refuse certification where standards have not been met

  • Suspend or terminate assessments involving dishonest or misleading submissions

  • Update assessment requirements where necessary

4. Assessment Retakes

Where a submission does not initially meet the required standards, candidates will receive assessor feedback outlining areas requiring improvement.

Candidates may resubmit their assessment following feedback until the required standards have been achieved.

A minimum period of 7 days is required between assessment submissions.

Sakura Institute reserves the right to refuse excessive or abusive submissions that do not demonstrate reasonable attempts to address assessor feedback.

5. Insurance & Professional Recognition

Successful candidates may be eligible to obtain professional insurance through ABT, subject to ABT's current terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.

As part of their certification benefits, successful candidates may also receive an exclusive 10% discount on ABT insurance through Sakura Institute.

While Sakura Institute is an ABT Accredited Assessment Provider, insurance approval remains entirely at the discretion of ABT or any other chosen insurance provider.

Sakura Institute cannot guarantee:

  • Insurance approval

  • Employment opportunities

  • Business success

  • Client acquisition

  • Regulatory approval in any jurisdiction

Candidates are responsible for ensuring they meet any local licensing, insurance, legal, or regulatory requirements applicable to their location and professional activities.

6. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable resources

  • Templates

  • Calculators

  • Workbooks

  • Educational materials

  • Software tools

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

No refunds will be provided once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

7. Physical Products

We take great care in supplying professional tools and brushes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
