1. Certification Assessments & Online Certification Services
Due to the nature of professional assessment services, certification bookings and assessment fees are generally non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed.
This includes:

Digital certificate issuance

QR verification setup

Portfolio review services
Once assessment materials, reviewer access, or digital certification systems have been allocated, refunds cannot be issued.
Failed Assessments
Purchasing a certification assessment does not guarantee a pass result.
All submissions are independently reviewed against professional assessment standards. If a submission does not meet the required criteria, the learner may be offered feedback and an opportunity to resubmit where applicable.
Duplicate Certificates
Replacement or duplicate certificates may be subject to an administrative fee.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests relating to technical errors, duplicate purchases, or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Sakura Institute’s discretion.
2. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable and digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

3. Physical Products (Brushes & Tools)
We accept returns on unused physical products within 14 days of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Any fraudulent activity, abuse of refund systems, or misuse of digital certification services may result in account suspension and refusal of future services.
